We'll do the session in the comfort of your own home via Zoom. You'll lay fully clothed on your bed (face up) and only need wireless headphones connected to your laptop or phone, so you can here me and move without restriction. We start with 5 minutes of relaxation and then I I do a remote body scan to find the tension points in your Sympathetic Nervous System. I'll guide you with my voice to breathe into certain areas of your body that I tune into. I'll support you to move freely (your body will know how to), and to make any sounds you want to make. These can be humming, singing, chanting; anything that you feel you want to express. I'll also encourage you to let any emotions out that need to move. Crying and laughing are really healthy. The session lasts from 30-45 minutes. (The first session is 75 minutes to allow me to get to know you and what you need before we start). You may feel resistance in your body (and/or emotions) but not pain or physical discomfort.

I invite you to have your first session (which includes a consultation), so you can experience and understand how the treatment works with your body. Further sessions are recommended to allow your nervous system to continue to evolve and expand.
Q: What if I don’t feel anything during the session?

No, this is a stand-alone system that’s a hybrid of different modalities
Q: Will I experience pain/discomfort in the session?
You won’t feel any physical pain or discomfort, though you may feel emotional resistance. Many people laugh and feel a lot of joy in their later care sessions.
Q: Can I have sessions if I’m pregnant?
You don’t need to worry about feeling anything. Your body and Nervous System know exactly what to do and how to do it. You don’t need to actively do anything other than what feels intuitive. I'll guide you the whole way by directing your breath and body when I need to. Your system is so clever and will find its rhythm.
Although this is a gentle and safe treatment, I would recommend that you wait until you’re 3 months postpartum (prenatal) before having a session.
Q: How can I feel the effects during an online session if you’re not touching me?
Energy isn’t affected by space or time. When one thing (or person) is connected by intention, this directly affects the other thing (or person). So even though I’m not touching you physically during an online session, the energy from my intention is. If you want to look further into this, I’d highly recommend researching Dr. Lynne McTaggart; her book ‘The Field’ is a brilliant read based around the science of Quantum Physics and remote healing.
Sadly, I currently only do sessions with people over the age of 18.
